b333p Pre-Order – Terms of Sale (TOS)

1. What You’re Getting

• Your $250 pre-order grants you access to our exclusive Early Access Program, which includes:
• Use of one experimental b333p unit during the trial period (see Section 2)
• One year of the Standard subscription, featuring core features like real-time alerts, training logs, and basic AI feedback
• One month of the Premium subscription at no additional cost, unlocking advanced features like custom behavior models and deeper insights

2. Hardware Use & Ownership

All b333p devices provided during the Early Access Program are experimental hardware units. As part of this trial:

• You are leasing the unit for the duration of the program; you do not own the device.
• b333p reserves the right to request the return of the device at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: quality control, upgrades, internal research, or end of program participation.
• If requested, you must return the hardware within 10 business days using the prepaid shipping materials we provide.

Why you don’t keep the hardware: These units are part of an active experimental hardware program and are subject to recall, rework, or update as we finalize the production version. Your participation supports product development and refinement.

3. Subscription Requirement After Trial

After the first year of Standard access and first month of Premium access, continued use of the b333p device requires an active paid subscription.

Without a valid subscription, your device will be placed in an inactive state until the subscription is renewed.

4. Data Collection & Beta Program Consent

• Your device will automatically collect anonymized training and behavioral data, including video data, system usage patterns, and correction feedback logs.
• This data is used solely for the purpose of improving the product and refining AI models.
• Participation in the Early Access Program requires consent to this data collection.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the limited nature of this pre-order program and the value delivered during the trial period, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

6. Changes to These Terms

b333p reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Sale at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued participation in the program following changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
